Why Robnu exists
Indian marketplace ops is brutal for early-stage sellers. The portals are designed for volume. The deductions are silent. The manifests close at midnight. The tools that help, OMSes, courier aggregators, ERPs, are all sized and priced for sellers who already have ops teams. That leaves the founder with 5–25 orders a day on Ajio with Excel and 11 portal tabs.
We have watched friends lose 5–10% of gross to deductions they never disputed because they didn't have time. We've watched manifests miss because the slip queue was on the wrong tab. We've watched founders pay for an OMS rollout that took six months and broke when the marketplace changed an API.
Robnu is the answer we wanted for them, and for the hundreds of sellers like them. The platform is free during early access because the audience that needs it the most is the audience that can least afford to pay for it. When paid pricing launches, the people we built it for stay free forever.
