The Amazon layer that checks your money.
Robnu syncs your Amazon India orders, returns, payouts and inventory, and matches every settlement line back to the order that produced it. Order processing and label generation are not live for Amazon yet, and we would rather tell you that here than after you sign up.
- Live for Amazon today: orders, returns, payouts and inventory sync, settlement reconciliation, and reporting across marketplaces in one place.
- Not live for Amazon: accepting orders, generating labels, manifests and claim filing. Those run on AJIO and Meesho, and Amazon is on the waitlist.
- Free during early access, no card, and forever free under 25 orders a day.
Every Amazon payout matched to its orders
Settlements ingested with their full line items, so each fee, refund and reserve movement is traced back to the order that caused it.
- Order and settlement matched
- Fees separated from sales
- Short payments surfaced the day they land
Returns tracked against the order
Amazon returns sync as first-class records, so a refund you paid for and a parcel that never came back stop looking like the same thing.
- Return linked to its order
- Refunds and reversals separated
- Claim windows surfaced before they close
Amazon beside AJIO and Meesho
One account, one set of numbers. Profit per order, deductions and return rates compare like for like instead of living in three separate panels.
- Cross-marketplace reporting
- Per-SKU margin after deductions
- One login for the whole operation
Amazon order processing
Accepting orders, generating labels, manifests and claim filing are live for AJIO and Meesho. For Amazon they are not built yet, and the waitlist is real rather than a form.
- Processing runs on AJIO and Meesho today
- Amazon write access not yet built
- Join the waitlist to be told when it ships
What Robnu does for Amazon today, and what it does not
Robnu connects to your Amazon India seller account and keeps four things current: orders, returns, payouts and inventory. That is enough to answer the questions that cost sellers money, which settlement a payout belongs to, which fee was charged against which order, which return never came back, and what your real margin is after every deduction. It is not enough to run your dispatch, and we do not claim it is.
Order processing, label generation, manifests and claim filing are live for AJIO and Meesho, not for Amazon. If you need those on Amazon, join the waitlist rather than the product. Most Amazon sellers reading this already have a dispatch routine that works; what they do not have is a way to tell whether Amazon paid them correctly.
Robnu is independent software built for Indian marketplace sellers. It works with Amazon on your behalf and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
Why Amazon reconciliation is its own problem
Amazon's V2 settlement report condenses every charge into three general-purpose columns, amount-type, amount-description and amount. Amazon publishes the 24 field names and does not publish the values those columns can hold, so the meaning of every fee lives in free text nobody documents. Sum the amount column on its own and you get a number that looks plausible and answers nothing, because you have added an item price to a fee to a tax line to a reserve movement.
Two more gaps are specific to selling on amazon.in. Amazon's own fees page states that every fee is displayed excluding GST and that 18% GST is applied on top, and the settlement file does not split that into IGST, CGST and SGST per fee line. And the monthly fee invoices carry no order identifier against the fee rows, which is why reconciliation has to start from the settlement report rather than the invoice. Our guide to the 24 fields walks through all of it.
There is also a deadline. Amazon's public deprecations page lists the V1 flat file and XML settlement reports as removed on 11 November 2026, and publishes no field mapping from the old format to the new one. Anything of yours that reads the old reports needs testing against the new ones before then.
One account, every marketplace you sell on
Most Indian sellers are not on one marketplace. Robnu runs AJIO and Meesho end to end and reads Amazon alongside them, so your orders, returns and money sit in one place instead of three panels and a spreadsheet. The reporting is cross-marketplace by default: profit per order, deduction totals and return rates compare like for like rather than per channel.
That also means the day Amazon processing ships, nothing moves. The account, the reconciliation history and the reporting are already there.
AJIO and Meesho live today. The rest in honest order.
One agentic OMS, built marketplace-agnostic, so the same operating model lights up each new marketplace as we ship it. Every coming-soon page has a real waitlist.
Not yet. Amazon is read-only in Robnu today: orders, returns, payouts and inventory sync so you can see them and report on them, but Robnu cannot accept Amazon orders or generate their labels. Order processing is live for AJIO and Meesho. Amazon processing is on the waitlist, and this page will say so plainly when that changes.
Reconcile it. Every payout is matched to the orders, returns and adjustments behind it, so a short payment is visible the day it lands rather than at the end of the quarter. Fees are separated from sales, returns are tracked against the order they belong to, and your real margin after deductions is reported per SKU and per marketplace.
No. Claim filing is live for AJIO and Meesho, not Amazon. For Amazon the useful thing we can do is tell you a claim is owed and when its window closes, because the India filing window is far shorter than most published guidance says. Amazon's own denial text puts it at 15 calendar days from the return being marked returned or delivered to seller, or the refund intimation date, whichever is later.
Through your own seller account, read-only. Nothing Robnu does on Amazon writes to the marketplace, which is also why processing is not available: the write path is not built for Amazon yet.
For processing, probably not yet, and Robnu cannot process Amazon orders anyway. For the money side it is worth it at any size, because a wrong deduction costs the same whether you ship five orders a day or five hundred, and small sellers are the least likely to have time to audit a settlement report by hand. Robnu is free under 25 orders a day, forever.
