Free right now.
Forever free under 25 orders a day.
Robnu is free for everyone — every feature, every order, every seller — until we figure out paid pricing. When we do, anyone selling under 25 orders a day stays on the house. That's the floor. We are not going to charge early-stage sellers for staying alive.
The plan everyone is on right now. There is no other plan to choose.
- Every Robnu feature unlocked
- Unlimited orders per day, per month, per year
- Ajio order processing — the full 11-stage flow
- SLA watchdog + manifest closure policy
- Document pipeline: packing slip + invoices + manifest
- Chrome extension token vault — DEK-per-seller, AWS KMS
- Marketplace coverage as we ship it (Meesho / Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra)
- Email + chat support
No card. No card on file. No card after paid launches if you stay under 25 orders/day.
When and if Robnu introduces paid pricing — only above the 25-orders/day floor.
- Only kicks in above ~25 orders/day (≤ 750 orders/month always free)
- Grandfathered early-bird locked rates for existing free-period users
- Advance notice — at least one paycycle of warning before gates
- GST-compliant direct subscription billing for India
- No retroactive charges. Ever.
Pricing input from real sellers shapes what paid looks like.
We are not going to charge early-stage sellers for staying alive.
The first version of every SaaS we've seen treats early users as "leads to monetise eventually." That is not what we are doing here. The audience that needs Robnu the most — the 1–25 orders/day Ajio seller running a brand from a 2-person team — gets less than zero value from a tool that charges them ₹2,499/month before the brand has a real ops budget.
So we are doing it the other way. The full platform is free during early access, with no caps, no card, no trial timer. When paid launches — whenever that is — everyone under 25 orders a day stays free forever, and existing users keep grandfathered early-bird locked rates. We will tell you in advance, in writing, with numbers.
This is the commitment. It will not change because someone in a meeting decided they need a Q3 number.
The four questions everyone asks.
No. There is no card at all. Robnu does not collect billing details during early access. When paid pricing eventually launches, we will ask explicitly — and you will have advance notice plus grandfathered early-bird locked rates.
No. This is genuinely free, not a trial. There is no trial timer, no expiry date, no "upgrade to keep using" wall. We have not decided paid pricing yet, and until we do, every Robnu feature is unlocked for every seller.
Three things. First: every seller under 25 orders/day (≤ 750 orders/month) stays free forever — that is a permanent commitment, not a launch promo. Second: every existing free-period account gets grandfathered onto early-bird locked rates that won't move when we list public pricing. Third: you get notice in advance, with at least one paycycle of warning before any feature gates apply.
No. Even when paid launches, Process (the live 11-stage Ajio flow) and the Chrome extension stay free under the 25-orders/day floor. Protect and Understand (coming-soon pillars) will likely have a paid component, but the floor still applies — early-stage sellers don't pay.
Robnu is set up for GST-compliant direct subscription billing in India when paid launches. The billing surface is built but dormant — no charges happen during early access. When it activates, we will issue tax invoices to your registered GSTIN.
Until paid pricing launches: nothing. You're on the same free plan as everyone else. When paid launches: you'd be on the paid tier (above the 25/day floor), but with grandfathered early-bird locked rates as an existing user. We will tell you what those rates are well in advance.
