Robnu
Amazon OMS

The Amazon OMS that checks the money.

Robnu reads your Amazon India account and does the part nobody has time for: every settlement line matched to the order behind it, the FBA units Amazon's own ledger has not made good listed out, and a return that never came back caught before the claim window shuts.

TL;DR
  • Live for Amazon today: orders, returns, payouts and inventory synced, settlements reconciled per order, FBA reimbursement recovery, never-arrived return detection, and return scanning at your dock.
  • Not live for Amazon: accepting orders, generating labels, manifests and claim filing. Those run on AJIO and Meesho, and this page says so rather than burying it.
  • One account covers Amazon, AJIO and Meesho, so the reporting compares like for like instead of living in three panels.

Every Amazon payout matched to its orders

Settlements ingested with their full line items, so each fee, refund and reserve movement traces back to the order that caused it.

  • Order and settlement matched
  • Fees separated from sales
  • Short payments surfaced the day they land

The money Amazon owes and has not paid

FBA units Amazon's own ledger reports as unreconciled, and merchant-fulfilled returns that never came back, surfaced with the window that closes on them.

  • Lost and damaged FBA units listed from Amazon's own records
  • Never-arrived returns detected, because an absence has no settlement line
  • SAFE-T window surfaced before it closes, not after

An Amazon OMS is not one thing, and the money half is the half that is neglected

Ask what an order management system does and most answers describe dispatch: accept the order, print the label, close the manifest. That half of the job is well served on Amazon, because Amazon itself does a great deal of it, and a seller with a working dispatch routine does not need another tool to run it.

The half that is neglected is the money. Amazon's V2 settlement report condenses every charge into three general-purpose columns, publishes the 24 field names and not the values those columns can hold, and carries no order identifier on the monthly fee invoices. Summing the amount column gives you a plausible number that answers nothing, because you have added an item price to a fee to a tax line to a reserve movement. That is the part Robnu was built for.

Robnu is independent software built for Indian marketplace sellers. It works with Amazon on your behalf and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

What it actually does on your Amazon account

Orders, returns, payouts and inventory sync continuously. Every settlement line is matched back to the order, return or adjustment that produced it, so a short payment is visible the day it lands rather than at the end of a quarter.

Two kinds of money go missing quietly and both are read from Amazon's own records. FBA units Amazon's ledger reports as unreconciled, inventory it lost, damaged or misplaced inside its network and has not made good, become a list rather than a suspicion. And a merchant-fulfilled return where you refunded the buyer and the parcel was never scanned back to you is flagged, which no settlement report will ever show you, because the signal is an absence rather than a line.

Returns are scanned in at your dock in batches, offline if the connection drops, replaying when it returns, each receipt tied to the return and the order behind it. A returned parcel that is never booked in is a unit you have paid for twice and do not know you own.

What it does not do, said here rather than after you sign up

Robnu reads your Amazon account and does not write to it. So it does not accept Amazon orders, generate Amazon labels, close Amazon manifests or file Amazon claims. Those are live for AJIO and Meesho, where Robnu runs the whole pipeline.

On Amazon the useful thing we can do about a claim is tell you one is owed and when its window closes, which matters more than it sounds: Amazon's own denial text puts the India SAFE-T window at 15 calendar days from the return being marked returned or delivered to seller, or the refund intimation date, whichever is later. That is far shorter than most published guidance says, and a claim noticed late is a claim lost.

One account across every marketplace you sell on

Most Indian sellers are not on one marketplace. Robnu runs AJIO and Meesho end to end and reads Amazon alongside them, so profit per order, deduction totals and return rates compare like for like rather than per channel. The claims dashboard works the same way, with causes, per-account and per-SKU breakdowns and peer benchmarks across all of them.

It also means the day Amazon processing ships, nothing moves. The account, the reconciliation history and the reporting are already there.

Common questions

Asked by sellers like you.

Ask us anything

Two separate jobs, and they are worth telling apart. The dispatch half accepts orders, makes labels and closes manifests, which Amazon already does a lot of itself. The money half reconciles every settlement line to the order behind it, finds the fees you were charged wrongly and the money Amazon owes and has not paid. Robnu does the money half on Amazon and both halves on AJIO and Meesho.

Not today. Robnu reads your Amazon account rather than writing to it, so it syncs orders, returns, payouts and inventory, reconciles settlements, surfaces unreconciled FBA units and detects never-arrived returns, but it does not accept Amazon orders or make their labels. Those run on AJIO and Meesho.

Yes, as a list rather than a suspicion. Robnu syncs Amazon's own reimbursement records, so units Amazon's ledger reports as unreconciled, inventory it lost, damaged or misplaced and has not made good, are visible to you. Filing against them remains yours to do, because Robnu does not write to Amazon.

Robnu detects it. A merchant-fulfilled return where you refunded the buyer and the parcel was never scanned back to you is invisible in a settlement report, because the signal is an absence rather than a line. Robnu checks returns for it and surfaces the claim window, which on Amazon India is short.

For dispatch, probably not, and Robnu cannot process Amazon orders anyway. For the money side it is worth it at any size, because a wrong deduction costs the same whether you ship five orders a day or five hundred, and small sellers are the least likely to have time to audit a settlement report by hand.
