These Terms govern your use of Robnu. By creating an account or installing the Robnu Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
The Service
Robnu is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Indian marketplace sellers manage orders, shipments, returns, payouts, and inventory across marketplaces. We may add, modify, or remove features. Material changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on will be communicated in advance.
Free during early access
Robnu is currently free for everyone — every feature, every order, no card on file, no trial timer, no caps. When paid pricing eventually launches, sellers under ~25 orders/day (≤ 750 orders/month) stay free forever, and existing free-period users get grandfathered early-bird locked rates. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any change to this commitment.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to scrape, harvest, or otherwise access data belonging to other Robnu sellers or any third party.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
- Do not use the Service to misrepresent goods, evade marketplace rules, or violate marketplace terms.
- Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
Marketplace token authorisation
When you connect a marketplace, you grant Robnu a limited, revocable authority to act on your behalf using your marketplace session tokens — specifically to retrieve orders, shipments, returns, payouts, and related data, and to perform the marketplace actions you initiate inside Robnu (for example, generating manifests). This authority is scoped to the actions necessary to deliver the features you have enabled. You can revoke authority at any time via the Disconnect control.
Data ownership
You own your data. Robnu acts as a Data Processor in respect of personal data processed on your behalf. You grant Robnu a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service and as documented in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
Termination
You can terminate at any time by disconnecting all marketplace connections and deleting your account from the dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Robnu may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use rules above, after reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure where appropriate. We may suspend immediately to protect the Service or other customers.
No warranty
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Robnu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant marketplace API availability, accuracy of marketplace data, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robnu's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the subscription fees paid by you in that period, or (b) INR 10,000. Robnu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
Indemnification
You will indemnify Robnu against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of marketplace rules.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of government, internet or telecom failures, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, war, civil unrest, or actions of marketplaces or other third parties.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may not be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
