Honest comparison
Robnu is not a courier aggregator.
Aggregators win on rate cards, pickup, and AWB generation. Robnu doesn't replace them — it runs the order pipeline upstream and catches the deductions downstream.

TL;DR
- Courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Pickrr, Delhivery One, etc.) handle the pickup-to-delivery part of the order — they're the right tool for that.
- Robnu handles the marketplace order pipeline (open order → manifest closure) and revenue protection (deductions, claims). Different job.
- You almost certainly want both. They run alongside each other, not against each other.
What they do well
- Negotiated rate cards across courier partners
- Single AWB / single dashboard for pickup and delivery tracking
- RTO management at the courier-side
- COD reconciliation with the courier
What Robnu actually replaces
- Marketplace order ingest and the 11-stage flow
- Document pipeline (slip + invoices + manifest)
- SLA watchdog for marketplace deadlines
- Marketplace-side deductions and claims (coming with Protect)
Honest note
If you only sell on one marketplace and don't care about marketplace-side deductions, an aggregator alone can carry you. Once you scale or once silent deductions start mattering, you need both.
Aggregators don't pull your Ajio orders, don't generate manifests against marketplace SLAs, and don't fight Ajio-side deductions. Robnu does. Aggregators do pick the courier, get the package collected, and track delivery — Robnu doesn't.
