Confirmed quantity
The quantity the seller commits to ship for an order — can be less than ordered if stock is short.
When the marketplace gives you an order for 3 units of SKU X, you can confirm 3, 2, 1, or 0. The number you confirm is what you commit to ship. Anything below the original order count is a partial fulfilment, and the marketplace handles the buyer-side communication.
Confirming honestly matters more than people realise. Confirming 3 when you only have 2 in stock means a missed shipment later, which means a deduction. Confirming 0 means losing the order but no deduction.
Robnu validates confirmed quantity against your declared inventory before the upload step (stage 5). If the validation fails, the all-or-nothing rule means the whole batch upload fails — better than discovering the issue in the manifest.
