Packing slip
The label affixed to the package showing buyer, seller, and order details.
The packing slip is the single physical artifact that ties the package to the order. Marketplace, AWB, buyer name and address, SKU, quantity, and (usually) a barcode for courier scanning.
Ajio is strict about packing slip format and barcode placement. A misprinted slip — wrong barcode, wrong size, smudged QR code — is one of the most common reasons a manifest closes "complete" but a deduction lands later for "non-deliverable" or "not as described."
Robnu generates slips from a canonical template, indexed by SKU and order, in print batches matched to your closure policy. The document pipeline keeps the slip tied to the corresponding customer invoice, vendor invoice, and manifest line — so when the dispute team asks "show me the slip for AJ-78215," it's three keystrokes.
