SLA watchdog
Robnu's monitor that warns before an SLA is missed.
The SLA watchdog is the part of Robnu that watches the clock so you don't have to. For every open batch, it computes SLA-headroom — the percentage of the SLA window that's still left.
The watchdog escalates at three thresholds: 30% (heads-up — start working it), 10% (act now — close or delay-on-purpose), and 0% (breach — close immediately, the deduction is coming). Each escalation is a notification, not a wall — you can override.
The point of the watchdog isn't to stop you closing late on purpose; sometimes that's the right call. It's to stop you closing late by accident. Most missed-deduction stories start with "I didn't realise the manifest was about to miss."
