Stage

A stage is a discrete step in Robnu's 11-stage flow — Connect, Sync, Batch download, Confirm, Upload, List, Slips, Invoices, Documents, Manifest, Closure.

Each stage has a single source of truth, an undo, and a screen. The seller watches the row move through the stages; Robnu does the work between them.

Stages are also the boundary at which problems get caught. A stage 4 confirmation error never reaches stage 5; a stage 7 slip-print mismatch never reaches stage 9. Errors don't cascade because each stage validates against the previous.
