Meesho settlement calculator: what lands in your bank per order?
Enter the sale price, your shipping fee and the tax rates, pick whether the order was delivered, returned or RTO, and see the bank settlement amount built up line by line, the way the Payments tab builds it.
This order
Every default is illustrative. Your shipping fee depends on the weight slab and lane on your Meesho rate card, so enter your own figures and compare the result with the Payments tab.
What lands in the bank
Typically settled about 7 days after delivery on a rolling payment cycle, so today's delivery lands in a future payout, not this week's.
TCS and TDS are credits you claim back, not costs. Meesho holds them and deposits them against your GSTIN and PAN, and they come back when you file. What is a cost is any shipping line billed on the wrong weight slab, a return charged twice, or a reverse fee on a parcel that never came back. Robnu reconciles every Meesho settlement to the rupee and files those claims for you.
- Bank settlement amount is the sale minus the shipping fee, GST on it, TCS, TDS and any other deduction. Commission is 0%.
- TCS and TDS reduce the settlement but are credits: TCS shows in your GST portal, TDS in Form 26AS, and you recover both at filing.
- A customer return reverses the sale and leaves you the forward and reverse shipping. An RTO typically works the same way.
- Meesho pays on a rolling cycle, typically about 7 days after delivery, so today's delivery lands in a future payout.
- The payment report is the truth and this calculator is the shape. Every default is illustrative, use your own rate card.
What is bank settlement amount in Meesho?
Bank settlement amount is the exact phrase Meesho uses in the Payments tab for the money that is transferred to you, per order and per payment cycle, after every deduction has been applied. It is not the sale price, and it is not the sale price minus commission, because Meesho charges 0% commission. It is the sale minus the shipping fee for your weight slab, minus 18% GST on that fee, minus TCS collected under GST, minus TDS deducted under section 194-O, minus any penalty, recovery or adjustment against the order. The deductions guide walks through each of those lines and where they sit on the statement.
Two of those lines are not money you lose. TCS and TDS are prepaid tax that Meesho holds and deposits against your GSTIN and PAN, and they come back when you file, as the TCS credit guide explains. The calculator shows them as deductions because that is what the bank figure reflects, and separately tells you how much of the gap is creditable. The timing matters too: Meesho settles on a rolling cycle, typically about 7 days after delivery, so the order you ship today is paid in a future cycle. The payment cycle guide covers the schedule, and the settlement cycle guide explains why a return's shipping lines often land in a different cycle from the sale they reverse.
Meesho bank settlement calculator vs your payment report
The payment report is the truth. This calculator shows the shape: one order, one set of rates, one outcome. When the two agree, you have confirmed that the shipping fee matched your slab, the taxes were applied at the right rates and nothing else was deducted. When they disagree, the difference is worth chasing, because the errors on a Meesho settlement cluster in a few places: a parcel billed one weight slab too high, the same return charged twice, a reverse fee on an order that never came back, or a recovery with no matching order. The reconciliation guide shows how to work through a report line by line and which mismatches are claimable.
Outcome changes the shape more than anything else. On a delivered order the sale comes in and the deductions come off. On a customer return the sale is reversed, so there is nothing for TCS or TDS to apply to, and you carry the forward leg plus a reverse leg charged by weight. An RTO typically works the same way, with one caveat worth knowing: Meesho's stated policy for a pure RTO in most categories is no separate reverse fee, so a reverse charge on a parcel the buyer never received is one to question. The RVP vs RTO guide separates the two, because the right claim on each is different.
Every settlement checked, every wrong line claimed
A calculator can tell you what one order should settle at. It cannot read the thousands of lines in a real payment report and tell you which ones are wrong. Robnu is an agentic OMS for Meesho, AJIO and Amazon sellers: it runs your daily order operations and then reconciles every settlement to the rupee, recomputing the expected shipping slab, return cost and tax on each order, and files the claims for the lines that do not match.

Meesho settlements, answered
Bank settlement amount is the figure in the Payments tab of the Meesho supplier panel that shows what is actually transferred to your bank for an order or a payment cycle, after every deduction. It is the sale amount minus the shipping fee for your weight slab, GST on that fee, TCS, TDS under section 194-O, and any penalty, recovery or adjustment. It is the number to reconcile against, because it is the number that arrives.
Meesho settles on a rolling cycle rather than per order, typically about 7 days after delivery, so an order delivered today lands in a future payout rather than this week's. Returns and RTOs reverse the sale and their shipping lines are adjusted against a later cycle. Check the Payments tab for the exact date of each cycle, and read our Meesho payment cycle guide for the timing in detail.
Because Meesho deducts before it pays. Commission is 0%, but the shipping fee for your weight slab, 18% GST on that fee, TCS and TDS all come off the sale, and any penalty or recovery is deducted on top. On a 499 rupee order with a 65 rupee shipping fee the settlement is typically around 419 rupees. If the gap is larger than the calculator shows, one of the lines is worth checking.
Yes. TCS is collected on the sale value and deposited against your GSTIN, and TDS under section 194-O is deducted and deposited against your PAN. Both reduce the bank settlement amount, but neither is a cost: TCS appears as a credit in your GST portal and TDS in Form 26AS, and you recover them when you file. The calculator shows them as deductions and tells you how much is creditable.
The sale is reversed, so there is no sale amount and no TCS or TDS on it, and you carry the forward shipping plus the reverse shipping charged by weight. The result is a negative line that Meesho adjusts against a later payout. An RTO is similar, except that Meesho's stated policy for a pure RTO in most categories is no separate reverse fee, so a reverse charge on a never-delivered parcel is worth questioning.
