Open order
A confirmed order that has not yet been packed, manifested, or shipped.
An open order is one the marketplace has confirmed (the buyer paid, the order is allocated to you) but you haven't yet shipped. From your perspective, it's a backlog item with an SLA clock attached.
Ajio's open-order pool is where the 11 portal tabs problem starts — the orders tab, the confirmation tab, the inventory check tab, the slip queue, and so on. Robnu pulls every open order into one queue at stage 2 of the flow so you stop tab-hopping.
Open orders age. The longer they sit, the closer they get to an SLA breach. The SLA watchdog tracks the age of every open order and warns before any of them tip over.
