SLA
Service Level Agreement — the deadline the marketplace expects orders to be packed and manifested by.
SLA stands for Service Level Agreement. On a marketplace, it's the deadline by which an order must be packed, slipped, manifested, and handed to the courier. Miss the SLA, the marketplace deducts.
Ajio's SLA windows are tight — typically same-day or next-day for order-to-manifest. The window starts when the buyer pays, not when you see the order in your dashboard. So the practical window is shorter than the policy window.
Robnu surfaces SLA-headroom percentage on every batch. The watchdog escalates when headroom drops below thresholds — 30% (heads-up) and 10% (act now).
