The Meesho password reset email never arrived.

Meesho sends the reset link to one address only, the one registered on the supplier account. There is also a second route on the same screen that signs you in without a password at all, and almost nobody knows about it.

Quick answer

Meesho sends the reset link only to the email registered on the supplier account, so an email that never arrives usually means the address on file is not the one you are watching. Check spam, then use the OTP login route on the same screen. That route takes your registered mobile number and a one-time code, and it signs you into the panel with no password involved.

TL;DR
  • Meesho supplier login is password first. The live login page has an email-or-mobile field and a password field, and no OTP option.
  • The reset link goes to the registered email address only. If that address is wrong, dead or somebody else's, nothing arrives and no error is shown.
  • The forgot-password screen also offers an OTP on your registered mobile. That route is a full login, not a reset, and it skips the password entirely.
  • Wait about fifteen minutes and search every folder. Repeat requests only bury the real message among duplicates.
  • When it genuinely never comes, [email protected] is the only ungated channel: the in-panel Support tool needs the login you do not have.
Two routes, one screen

The forgot-password screen has a second door

The top of the screen asks for your registered email and sends a link. Lower down it offers a code on your registered mobile. The second one is not a reset at all: it logs you in.

What to check

Five reasons the mail is not in your inbox

Work down this list in order. The second row resolves more cases than the other four put together, and it is the one sellers skip because they are certain they know the address.

CheckWhere to lookWhy it happens
Spam, promotions and filtersSearch the whole mailbox for the sender domain, not just the inboxA reset mail is transactional and templated, which is exactly what aggressive filters bury
The address actually registeredThe email on the account, not the one you use todayMany accounts were opened years ago by an accountant, a relative or an agency, on their address
A dead or expired domainA company mailbox that was switched off, or a custom domain that lapsedMeesho sends successfully, the receiving server rejects it, and you see nothing either way
A typo baked in at signupgmail.co, gmial.com, a missing letter in the business nameThe address passed the signup form, so nothing flagged it, and it has never received anything
A full mailbox or a bounce historyStorage warnings, and whether other services also stopped reaching youA mailbox over quota rejects everything silently, from the sender point of view

None of these produce an error message on the Meesho side. The reset screen confirms it has sent something either way, which is why a seller can sit for an hour convinced the panel is broken when the only broken thing is an address nobody has read since 2022. If the panel itself is misbehaving rather than the mail, start at the supplier panel not working instead, and check whether the panel is actually down before you spend another half hour on credentials.

Measured, not estimated

Roughly nineteen working Meesho logins break every week

Robnu signs in to Meesho supplier accounts on behalf of sellers, so the failure distribution below is observed rather than guessed. Measured from the Robnu production database on 4 October 2026.

app.robnu.com/meesho/login-failure-statesMeesho supplier login state, by accountRobnu production data, 4 October 2026Logging in fine1,935 accountsokNever attempted yet434 accountsn/aPassword invalid208 accounts9.7%Idle108 accountsidleOTP required or bot blocked0 accountszeroRobnu's own measurement, 4 October 2026. Bar length is relative to accounts in each state.

Of the 2,143 accounts with a recorded login outcome, 208, or 9.7 percent, were failing on an invalid password on the day we measured. Nineteen of those broke in the previous seven days and seventy-two in the previous thirty. That is roughly nineteen working Meesho supplier credentials going bad every week, on one platform alone.

The same data settles the argument about how Meesho login works. Robnu’s error taxonomy records an invalid password as the dominant failure by a wide margin, an OTP requirement as rare, and zero accounts in an OTP-required or bot-blocked state. If supplier login were OTP only, as most of the internet claims, an invalid password could not be the leading cause of anything.

The practical reading for you: a password that stopped working is ordinary, not a sign your account is in trouble. What makes it expensive is the hours between the failure and getting back in, because dispatch clocks do not pause. Our guide on the Meesho dispatch SLA covers what those hours actually cost, and breaching soon covers the orders that go critical while you are locked out.

Do this in order

Six steps, from request to escalation

Steps three and four are where most sellers get back in. Do not jump to step six.

Go to supplier.meesho.com/panel/v3/new/root/forgot-password and request the reset once. Note that supplier.meesho.com/login and supplier.meesho.com/panel are both HTTP 404, which is why so many sellers believe the panel is down when they are only on a dead URL. The older /panel/v2/new/login address still redirects to the current one.

Search every folder for the sender domain and for the word supplier, including spam, promotions, archive and any rule-driven folder. Mail filters treat templated transactional messages harshly, and a busy seller mailbox hides a single message very well. Do this before you conclude it never arrived.

This is the step that resolves most cases. Look at an old Meesho payout advice, an order notification or the invoice footer on a shipping label, and see which mailbox those land in. Many accounts were opened by an accountant, an agency or a family member on their own address, and nobody has looked at that mailbox since.

On the same forgot-password screen, choose the option to get an OTP on your mobile number. This is not a reset, it is a login: enter the registered number, enter the code, and you are inside the panel without a password. If you are in, go straight to Support and raise the email change request while you have access.

If nothing has arrived in about fifteen minutes and the OTP route is not available to you, more attempts will not change the outcome. Each one adds another identical message to find later. Move to the written escalation instead, and keep the timestamps of what you tried.

Email [email protected] from a mailbox you control. State plainly that the registered email is unreachable, give the GSTIN, registered business name, supplier or enrollment ID, pickup address and recent sub-order numbers, and ask for the registered email to be updated. There is no published response time, so send it early and keep working the other routes in parallel.

A reset email that does not arrive feels like a platform fault. It almost never is. The reset works exactly as designed and sends to exactly one address, and the interesting question is whether that address is the one you think it is.

Start by correcting what you think Meesho login is

Read on the live page on 4 October 2026, the Meesho supplier login screen at supplier.meesho.com/panel/v3/new/root/login has two fields. The first accepts an email id or a mobile number. The second accepts a password. Around them sit a Show toggle, a Forgot password link, a Log in button and a link to create a supplier account. That is the whole page. The word OTP does not appear on it anywhere.

This matters because the dominant advice on the open web says the opposite: that Meesho supplier login is OTP only and has no password. Sellers who believe that waste their first hour looking for a code that was never sent, instead of looking for the reset mail that was. An OTP option does exist, but conditionally, and in two specific places: when the identifier you type into the first box looks like a phone number, and on the forgot-password screen. Type an email and no OTP choice is offered at all. Our supplier login help guide and seller login help guide cover the wider set of login failures; this page is only about the reset mail.

One more correction worth making before you troubleshoot. The URL most sellers type, supplier.meesho.com/login, is a 404, and so is supplier.meesho.com/panel. The working address is the long one above, and the older /panel/v2/new/login still redirects to it. A 404 on a guessed URL is routinely read as the panel being broken. If you want to rule that out properly, our panel down guide explains why there is no public Meesho status page to check.

The address on file is usually not the address you expect

Many Meesho supplier accounts were not opened by the person now trying to log in. They were opened by a chartered accountant during GST registration, by an agency that promised to handle onboarding, by a relative who was better with computers in 2021, or by a staff member who has since left. Whoever filled the form used a mailbox they could confirm at that moment, and that mailbox is where every reset link has gone since.

You can usually identify it without logging in. Payout advices, order notifications and policy mails from Meesho all go to the same address. Ask whoever set the account up. Check the mailbox on the invoice footer of a printed shipping label from a year ago. If your business switched email providers or let a custom domain lapse, that is almost certainly the answer: Meesho hands the message to a server that rejects it, and you see nothing. Our guide on the seller account versus the supplier panel is worth a read here, because a surprising number of sellers hunt for a reset on the buyer-side account rather than the supplier one.

Do not request the reset eight times
Every extra request adds another identical message. If the mail is being filtered, you have now made it harder to find; if it is going to a dead address, nothing changed. Once, then search properly, then move on.

The OTP login route, which is the real escape hatch

The forgot-password screen at supplier.meesho.com/panel/v3/new/root/forgot-password has a primary route that asks for your registered email id, and a secondary route worded as getting an OTP on your mobile number. The second one is easy to read as a different way to receive the reset link. It is not. It is a full login: you give the registered mobile number, you receive a code, and you are inside the panel. The password is bypassed rather than reset.

For a seller whose email is the broken part, this is the whole answer, and it is barely documented anywhere. Take it first. Then, while you have access, do the thing you could not do from outside: open Support inside the panel, go to the Account tab, and raise the request to change the registered email address. Fixing the address while you are logged in is the difference between a bad morning and the dead end described in losing both your registered phone and email. If you want to change the number itself, that is a separate ticket with its own quirks.

Two caveats. The OTP arrives on the number registered on the account, not on whichever number you use now, so this route closes the moment that SIM lapses. And if you read codes on a phone where messages are mirrored to a linked device, check the handset itself; forwarded copies are not always complete.

How long to wait, honestly

Transactional mail from a platform of Meesho’s size normally lands in under a minute. Give it ten to fifteen minutes to allow for a queue or a greylisting delay at your provider, and spend those minutes searching rather than refreshing. Past about fifteen minutes, the probability that it is merely slow drops sharply, and the probability that it was delivered somewhere you are not looking, or rejected outright, becomes the better bet.

There is no delivery status you can check and no bounce report you will ever see. Meesho publishes no status page and no incident feed for the supplier panel, and the help, support and FAQ paths on the supplier domain are all 404s as of 4 October 2026. So waiting longer buys you no new information. Switch strategies instead of waiting harder.

When it genuinely never comes

At this point you have three real options and one that is not an option at all.

  • The OTP login route, if the registered mobile is still yours. Always try this before anything below.
  • Recover the mailbox itself, with your email provider rather than with Meesho. If the registered address is a Google or Microsoft account you have lost, that provider has an actual recovery process with an actual outcome, which is more than Meesho offers here. Recovering the mailbox turns this back into a routine reset.
  • Email [email protected], the address published in the supplier site footer, from any mailbox you control. Say that the registered email is unreachable and identify the business properly: GSTIN, registered name, supplier or enrollment ID, pickup address, a few recent sub-order numbers. If you are a non-GST seller and the enrollment ID is the credential you cannot find, start with the enrollment ID guide.
  • Not an option: the in-panel Support tool. It is the only ticketing channel Meesho runs for suppliers and it lives behind the login. The whole of /panel/ is also disallowed in Meesho’s robots.txt, so nothing inside it is searchable either. A locked-out seller cannot reach the channel built for locked-out sellers.

Set expectations accordingly. There is no published response time for that mailbox and no documented identity-verification process behind it. Write once, clearly, with everything needed to act in the first message, and keep a dated record of every attempt. If your account turns out to be blocked rather than merely inaccessible, the route is different again and the account blocked guide plus support escalation are the right pages.

What not to do while you are locked out

Do not install an app expecting to log in there. There is no Meesho supplier app. Checked on the India Play Store on 4 October 2026, the only Meesho published apps are the buyer shopping app, whose package name happens to read like supply, and the Valmo logistics partner app. Sellers install the buyer app by that name every day and reasonably conclude their credentials are broken. Our app guide says it plainly.

Do not call a phone number you found in a search result or a social post. Fake courier and marketplace helpline numbers are a well documented scam pattern in India, and a locked-out seller in a hurry is the exact target. Our customer care number guide explains which channels are real. And do not pay anyone who offers to restore your access; nobody outside Meesho can.

Finally, do not let the lockout quietly eat your dispatch clock. Orders keep arriving and SLAs keep running while you cannot see them, and a multi-day lockout turns into penalties and suppressed visibility long after the login is fixed. If you have a second user on the account, or a team member with their own panel access, get them to confirm dispatch while you sort out your own credentials.

The Robnu way

A broken login should not be something you discover on day three

Robnu cannot recover your Meesho credentials. Only Meesho can, and this page is honest about how narrow that path is. What Robnu does is run the daily order operations for you, and because it signs in to do that, it knows within minutes when a credential stops working and says so instead of failing quietly. That is where the measurement on this page comes from: 208 accounts in a failing state on 4 October 2026, nineteen of them broken that week.

Robnu is the agentic OMS for Meesho, AJIO and Amazon sellers. It syncs orders, processes them, handles returns and claims, and reconciles every settlement. Free for every seller right now, and forever free under 25 orders a day when paid pricing launches. See it on Meesho OMS or read the supplier panel guide.

FAQ

Meesho reset email questions, answered

In order of how often it turns out to be the cause: the mail is in spam or a promotions tab, the address registered on the supplier account is not the address you are checking, the registered mailbox or its domain no longer exists, there is a typo in the address that was baked in at signup, or the mailbox is over quota and rejecting mail. Meesho sends the link only to the address on the account, so if that address is wrong or dead, nothing arrives and no error is shown to you.

Give it ten to fifteen minutes before you do anything else, and search the whole mailbox rather than scrolling the inbox. Transactional mail normally lands in under a minute, so a wait of more than about fifteen minutes is a signal rather than a delay. Requesting the reset five more times does not help, and it makes the real message harder to find among the duplicates.

Yes, if you still receive messages on the registered mobile number. The forgot-password screen offers a second route, worded as getting an OTP on your mobile number, and that route is a full login rather than a reset: the OTP signs you straight into the panel with no password involved. Very few guides mention it, and it is the fastest way back in for a seller whose email is the broken part.

A password. Checked against the live login page on 4 October 2026, the form has one field for an email or mobile number and one for a password, plus Show, Forgot password and Log in. The word OTP does not appear on that page at all. A separate OTP option appears only when the identifier you type looks like a phone number, and on the forgot-password screen. Many blogs and AI summaries claim Meesho supplier login is OTP only with no password, and that is simply wrong.

The in-panel Support tool is the only ticket channel Meesho runs for suppliers, and it sits behind the login you do not have, so it is useless in this exact situation. That leaves the [email protected] address published in the supplier site footer. Write from any mailbox you control, state that the registered email is unreachable, and prove who you are with the GSTIN, the registered business name, the supplier or enrollment ID, your pickup address and a few recent sub-order numbers.

No. That URL returns HTTP 404, as do /support, /faq, /contact and /seller-support, all checked on 4 October 2026. Several competing blogs send locked-out sellers to those addresses. The help, learn and sellerhelp subdomains return 200 but serve a wildcard placeholder page, the same body a deliberately invented subdomain returns, so a page loading there is not evidence that help exists.

There is no such app. Checked on the India Play Store on 4 October 2026, the only Meesho published apps are com.meesho.supply, which despite the name is the buyer shopping app, and the Valmo logistics partner app. Sellers install the buyer app because its package name reads like supply, then find their supplier credentials rejected by it. The supplier panel is a browser product.

Then the password was never the problem. The usual causes are a stale session that keeps bouncing you back to the login screen, a panel that loads and goes blank, or an account-level block that shows up only after the credentials are accepted. Those are three different faults with three different fixes, and a sixth and seventh password reset will not touch any of them.
