Myntra Partner Portal login: the address, and the fixes when it fails.

Myntra calls its sellers partners, so the panel you want is the Partner Hub rather than a seller central. Here is the official link, the sign-in steps, and the handful of things that actually break a login.

Quick answer

The Myntra Partner Portal login is partner.myntra.com, the Myntra Partner Hub. Sign in with the email registered against your partner account. There is no separate Myntra seller central and no seller app, and myntra.com is the shopping site with no seller login in it.

TL;DR
  • One address: partner.myntra.com, the Partner Hub. Type it yourself rather than following a search result.
  • Myntra partner, partner portal, seller panel and seller dashboard all mean the same site.
  • No login yet is usually onboarding: Myntra approves the business and the brand before the portal opens.
  • Locked out: stop retrying, use the reset link, and keep your partner code ready for support.
  • Robnu is live for Meesho, AJIO and Amazon. Myntra is on the roadmap, not in the product yet.
Five gates

A Myntra login passes five gates, and any one can stop it

Knowing which gate you are stuck at tells you whether this is a browser problem, a password problem or an onboarding one.

Common failures

Match the symptom to the fix

This is the most common wrong turn. myntra.com sells clothes to shoppers and contains no seller sign-in, so hunting through its footer will not find one. Search results for a Myntra seller login often put the shopper site first, which is exactly why it costs people ten minutes.

Type the password by hand once rather than letting the browser autofill it, because autofill keeps offering the password from before your last reset. If it still fails, use the reset link rather than trying variations, since repeated failures can trigger a temporary lock.

Confirm the registered mobile and email are ones you can access today, check spam and promotions, and wait out the cooldown before requesting a fresh code. Never read a code out to someone who telephones you, whoever they say they are.

That loop is cookies rather than credentials almost every time. Allow cookies for the site, come out of private browsing, disable extensions, and try a clean browser profile. A corporate proxy or an aggressive tracker blocker breaks the session in a way that looks identical to a rejected password.

Myntra gates on brand as well as business. Category and brand authorisation can land later than the business approval, so the portal may open with nothing you can list against yet. Check which brands and categories are actually approved on your account before assuming the login is at fault.

Each user is a separate account with its own password and its own role, so one working login proves the portal is fine and tells you nothing about yours. Have the primary user check what role your account holds, and reset your own password rather than borrowing theirs.

A lot of sellers search for Myntra partner and click nothing, because the results are competitor blogs rather than a login box. The panel is real and easy to reach once you know that Myntra says partner where other marketplaces say seller.

One address, and why it says partner

The Myntra seller back office is the Myntra Partner Hub at partner.myntra.com. Myntra refers to the businesses selling on it as partners, which is why the address, the onboarding paperwork and the support material all say partner rather than seller. Seller central is a phrase from a different marketplace and Myntra never adopted it, so searching for it does not lead anywhere official.

Type that address yourself, or use a bookmark you made from it. Do not sign in from a link in an unexpected email or message, and check the address bar before the form. Seller panels are a standing phishing target because one successful login exposes your orders, your catalogue and your bank details, and the page that asks for your password always looks convincing. myntra.com is the shopping site and contains no seller sign-in at all, so if you are scrolling its footer looking for one, you are on the wrong site.

Signing in, step by step

  1. Open partner.myntra.com and read the address bar before typing anything into the form.
  2. Enter the email registered against your partner account. If several people in your business have access, they are separate users with separate passwords, so the credentials that work for a colleague will not work for you.
  3. Type the password by hand the first time instead of letting the browser autofill it. Autofill offering a pre-reset password is the most common cause of a login that mysteriously stopped working.
  4. Complete any verification step the portal asks for, typically a short code to the registered email or mobile. Use it once, inside its validity window, and never read it out to anyone who calls you.
  5. If the password is genuinely lost, use the reset link rather than guessing. Two failed attempts is the point to reset; ten is how you earn a temporary lock.
  6. Once you are in, bookmark the page from the address bar and save the credentials in a password manager, so the next login is not another search for this page.

What actually breaks a Myntra login

The wrong site. Searching for a Myntra seller login very often puts the shopping site first, and it is plausible enough that people spend real time hunting for a hidden seller link inside it. There is none. The supplier portal is a separate address.

The browser. A stale cookie, an autofilled old password, a tracker blocker or a corporate proxy all produce a rejection that is indistinguishable from a wrong password. A clean profile with no extensions takes thirty seconds and eliminates the whole category. A sign-in that immediately bounces you back to the login screen is cookies, not credentials.

Codes going somewhere you cannot reach. Verification codes go to the contact details recorded on the account, which may be a mobile belonging to someone who has left or an old company email. Nothing you do in the browser fixes that, and it is worth correcting before it is urgent rather than during a dispatch crunch.

The account is not live yet, and on Myntra that has two parts. Myntra approves the business and then approves the brand and categories, and the brand gate is the stricter of the two. A business approval does not by itself give you a working, usable portal, so a login that rejects you or a portal that opens with nothing to list against is usually an onboarding status rather than a fault. Our guide to how to sell on Myntra walks through both gates and what each one checks, and Myntra account issues covers the states an approved account can still get stuck in.

Two failures, then reset
Every extra guess can extend a temporary lock, turning a two-minute reset into a day of waiting. If the second attempt fails, go straight to the reset link.

Keeping access healthy

Most login emergencies were created months earlier and only surfaced when someone needed the portal in a hurry. Three habits remove nearly all of them.

Register contact details the business controls, not a person. Verification codes go where the account says they go, so a number belonging to a staff member who has moved on is a locked door waiting to happen. A business email and a business number survive staff changes.

Give each person their own user. Sharing one login feels simpler until the password changes, until two people are signed in on different devices, or until you need to know who edited a listing. It also means whoever leaves takes your only access with them.

Watch the documents that expire quietly. A lapsed GSTIN or a changed bank account rarely announces itself as a login error. It shows up as a restricted portal or a payout that does not arrive, which is a far more expensive way to find out. Checking that the GSTIN on file is still active takes two minutes.

Who to contact, and what to include

A ticket raised from inside the Partner Hub is always faster, because it arrives attached to your partner account and reaches the team that owns your category. That is no use when the login itself is the problem, so use the contact route in your onboarding correspondence instead.

Give them four things: your partner or vendor code, the registered email on the account, the exact error text on screen copied word for word, and the date and time you saw it. A message saying the login is not working starts a round of questions; a message with those four details usually gets an answer. Our guide to Myntra partner support covers which channel suits which problem and how to escalate when the first reply misses.

What the Partner Hub holds once you are in

The portal covers the same five areas every marketplace panel does, with Myntra’s own emphasis. Catalogue and styles is where products become sellable, and Myntra holds imagery and attribute completeness to a noticeably higher bar than a mass marketplace. Orders and dispatch is the daily work with a clock attached. Returns and reverse logistics is where margin quietly leaks if nobody checks what came back. Settlements and payout reports are where you find out whether you were paid what you were owed, which the Myntra payment cycle explains in detail. Claims for parcels lost or damaged in transit have their own process, covered in Myntra SPF claims.

If you are weighing Myntra against the other premium fashion channel, Myntra versus AJIO for fashion sellers compares the two on approval difficulty, commission shape and how each pays.

What to check in the first five minutes of every sign-in

Once the login is working, the more useful question is what you do with it. Sellers who treat the Partner Hub as a place to visit when something has already gone wrong end up finding problems a week late, when the dispatch window has closed or the settlement has already been paid short. A short, fixed routine on every sign-in is worth more than an hour of digging once a month.

New orders and the dispatch clock first. Anything with a window attached is the only part of the panel where delay costs you money directly rather than eventually. Look at what came in since your last sign-in and what is closest to its cut-off, in that order.

Then anything the portal has flagged. Style or listing rejections, quality notes, and inventory that has gone to zero on a product that was selling. A rejected style sits there silently and earns nothing, and the seller usually discovers it by noticing that a line stopped selling rather than by being told.

Then returns that have come back. The reverse leg is where margin disappears quietly. A parcel marked returned and a parcel that actually arrived in sellable condition are two different facts, and only one of them is in the portal. Checking what physically came back, against what the portal says came back, is the habit that turns a write-off into a claim.

Then the money, weekly rather than daily. Settlement reports do not reward daily staring, but they do reward being read properly once a cycle, line by line, against what you expected. Commission, logistics and return charges are all normal; a charge you cannot attribute to a specific order is the one to query while it is still recent enough to reconstruct.

None of this needs a tool. It needs a fixed order, so the expensive things are seen first and nothing depends on remembering. The sellers who lose money on a premium fashion channel are rarely the ones with a worse catalogue; they are the ones who found out late.

The Robnu way

Myntra is on the roadmap. Meesho, AJIO and Amazon are live today.

To be plain about it: Robnu does not integrate with Myntra yet. Myntra is on the roadmap rather than in the product, so nothing on this page depends on Robnu and nothing here is a pitch to replace your Partner Hub. Robnu is the agentic OMS for Meesho, AJIO and Amazon sellers: it runs the daily order operations, sync, processing, returns and claims, and it reconciles every settlement line so a wrong deduction or an unfair return charge does not sit in a payout unnoticed.

Most fashion sellers on Myntra also sell on at least one of those three, and that is where Robnu earns its place today. Free for every seller right now, and forever free under 25 orders a day when paid pricing launches. You can follow the Myntra work on Myntra order management or see the full order management system overview.

FAQ

Myntra partner login, answered

The Myntra seller back office is the Partner Hub at partner.myntra.com. Myntra calls the businesses selling on it partners rather than sellers, which is why the address says partner. myntra.com is the shopping site and has no seller sign-in, and the Myntra app on your phone is the buyer app.

Yes. Myntra partner, Myntra partner portal, Myntra seller panel, Myntra seller dashboard and Myntra Partner Hub are all names for the same supplier back office. The vocabulary difference trips up sellers who come from other marketplaces and search for a seller login that Myntra does not label that way.

Most often because the account is not live. Myntra approves both the business and the brand before the portal becomes usable, and brand approval is the stricter of the two, so a submitted application does not yet give you a working login. Until onboarding finishes there is nothing behind the sign-in, and the page will simply reject you.

Check that the registered mobile and email are ones you can still reach, look in spam and promotions, and wait the full cooldown before requesting another code, because rapid repeats usually invalidate the earlier one. If codes never arrive across several attempts, the contact details on the account are probably out of date, which is a support matter rather than a browser problem.

Stop attempting. A temporary lock typically clears by itself, and each further guess can extend it. Use the password reset link instead of retrying, and if you are still blocked the following day, contact Myntra partner support with your vendor or partner code, the registered email and the exact error text on screen.

There is no separate seller app. The Myntra app on your phone is the shopping app with no seller side. You can open the Partner Hub in a mobile browser and it is fine for glancing at orders or a settlement figure, but catalogue uploads, bulk order work and anything spreadsheet-shaped are much easier on a laptop.

That is a different problem from being locked out. It usually means onboarding is incomplete, a document such as your GSTIN has lapsed, your brand approval has not come through for the categories you expected, or you are signed in as a user with a limited role while a colleague holds the primary login.

Not yet. Robnu is live for Meesho, AJIO and Amazon, and Myntra is on the roadmap rather than in the product today. If you sell on Myntra alongside any of those three, Robnu can run the daily operations and the reconciliation for the marketplaces it supports now, and Myntra will join when the integration ships.
