Quick answer

Unicommerce suits a multi-warehouse brand that needs warehouse management, ERP links and a very wide integration list. Sellers look elsewhere because it publishes no price, shows Request Demo on every tier, and documents real Meesho limits. The right alternative depends on whether you need a warehouse system or an operations one. EasyEcom is the closest like-for-like; the published-price options are Wisdom OMS, d2ctap and ManageOrder.in.

TL;DR
  • Unicommerce is a listed, audited, profitable public company with warehouse management, ERP and Tally links, 290 plus integrations and over 100 couriers.
  • It publishes no price. Every tier says Request Demo and only facility, SKU and user-role limits are published, as read on 5 October 2026.
  • On Meesho it documents three limits: single-item orders only, no order splitting by quantity, and the label fetched from Meesho rather than generated.
  • EasyEcom is the closest like-for-like and also publishes no price. Wisdom OMS, d2ctap and ManageOrder.in publish theirs and are built for one or two pick faces.
  • Robnu is an operations alternative, not a warehouse one. If you need WMS across facilities, the enterprise shelf is the right shelf.

Deliberately absent: any rupee figure for Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Ginesys or Browntape, because none publishes one; d2ctap’s per-order rate; OneClickOMS’s price; and ShipSort’s plan prices. For how this category prices in general, see order management system cost in India.

Most pages that rank for this phrase are written by somebody who wants you to switch. This one is written on the assumption that about half of you should stay, and that the half who should leave deserve a better reason than a feature grid.

What Unicommerce actually is, and who it genuinely suits

Unicommerce is the largest company in this comparison and it is not close. It is listed on the NSE and the BSE following an August 2024 IPO, which means its accounts are audited and public rather than claimed, and it reported ₹51.37 crore of revenue in Q1 FY27. The product covers warehouse management, more than 290 integrations, ERP and Tally links, quick commerce channels and over 100 couriers. That is a genuinely wide surface, and nobody assembles it by accident.

So here is the honest recommendation first, before any alternative. If you run more than one warehouse, or a third-party logistics partner, or stock that moves between facilities, or you need your orders to land in an ERP without someone retyping them, Unicommerce is a reasonable choice and you should probably keep evaluating it. A listed company with audited accounts is also a real procurement advantage if you are the one who has to justify a vendor to a board or a lender. None of the alternatives further down this page replaces that, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Where it fits badly is the seller it was never designed for: one room, one pick face, a few hundred orders a day across Meesho, AJIO or Amazon, and a bottleneck that is processing, returns, claims and settlement checking rather than stock movement. For that seller, a warehouse system is a lot of surface to buy, configure and pay for in order to solve a problem that lives somewhere else. If you are not sure which of those two descriptions is you, our OMS versus ERP versus WMS explainer is the shortest way to find out.

The real reasons sellers look around

There are two, and both are verifiable rather than anecdotal. The first is the price. As read on 5 October 2026, Unicommerce publishes no rupee figure anywhere. Its plans page shows Request Demo on every tier, and the only things published are limits on facilities, SKUs and user roles. That is a normal way to sell enterprise software, and it is also why “unicommerce pricing” is one of the most searched phrases attached to the company. Practically, it means your evaluation starts with a sales call, and your own time is the first thing you spend. Ask for the all-in annual figure including implementation, per-user and per-facility charges, and ask what the year-two renewal looks like, in writing.

The second is specific to marketplaces, and it comes from Unicommerce’s own documentation rather than from reviews. On Meesho it creates only single-item orders, it does not allow order splitting by quantity, and it fetches the shipping label from Meesho rather than generating it. Those are published behaviours, so they are fair to plan around. Whether they matter depends entirely on your bench: if you routinely split an order by quantity across packers, the second one changes your day, and if you were expecting a single system to own label generation end to end, the third one will surprise you in week one.

Check the same thing on the alternative you shortlist
EasyEcom publishes its own Meesho limits in the same spirit, and they are just as worth knowing: it states that Invoice Amount Details are not available as of now, and that after integration seller accept, manifest and cancel become disabled inside Meesho. If your team currently accepts orders or closes a manifest from the Meesho panel, that second one is a workflow change on day one, not a detail. Our Meesho manifest generation guide shows the step as it works today.

The closest like-for-like: EasyEcom

If you need what Unicommerce does and simply want a different vendor, EasyEcom is the comparison to run. It has warehouse management, it claims ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification, it bills month to month rather than on an annual lock, and it publishes the most explicit Meesho feature list of anyone in this market, including packaging QR, manifest and picklist generation. It also publishes no price and states plainly that there is no self-serve sign-up, with a quote following a walkthrough, so run both sales cycles in parallel and compare two numbers rather than one number against a hope. Our EasyEcom comparison page and the Unicommerce comparison page go feature by feature.

Two more names come up in the same searches and deserve a sentence. Sellers comparing Unicommerce also type Vinculum, Increff and Browntape, and we keep dedicated pages for Vinculum and Browntape so you can read them side by side. Neither Ginesys nor Browntape publishes a price from the vendor either, as at 5 October 2026, so expect the same sales-cycle shape there.

If your problem is operations, not the warehouse

This is the group the market serves worst, because the enterprise suites are too wide and the free utilities are too narrow. Three products in between publish a price you can model. Wisdom OMS, built in Surat since 2013, sells prepaid credits from ₹3,000 for 3,000 credits at 1.25 credits per order down to ₹1,00,000 for 1,00,000 credits at 0.40 per order, and will sell you its reconciliation product on its own without making you migrate anything, which is unusually accommodating. d2ctap is ₹999 a month for up to five accounts with CityMall and Myntra coverage, though a per-order charge is referred to and never quantified, so get that rate in writing. ManageOrder.in publishes a free core product and, more interestingly, asks for no marketplace credentials at all because you upload your own report files. All three figures are as published on 5 October 2026.

One structural note about that last point, because it applies to the whole category. Meesho publishes no public seller API, so any tool that acts in the panel does so with the seller’s own access, and several vendors describe that model openly in their own material. That is the normal shape of the market rather than a finding about any one company, and it means the vetting you do replaces the scoping an API key would give you. Our Meesho API guide has the questions to ask, and the full product-by-product treatment is in Meesho automation tools compared.

Where Robnu fits, and where it does not

Robnu is not a Unicommerce replacement for warehouse management, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling. It has no WMS, no ERP module, no third-party logistics orchestration and nothing resembling 290 integrations. If those are why you are on Unicommerce, stay on that shelf; this page has done its job by telling you so.

What Robnu does replace is the operations half for a Meesho, AJIO or Amazon seller. Orders synced into one list across accounts. Processing and dispatch steps that run on a schedule without anyone triggering them, where most rivals’ sync is user-started. Returns with video proof, and claims drafted and filed inside their window rather than appearing on a list for somebody to remember. Barcoded packaging that links a packet to its AWB across every account in a single session, where the Meesho panel itself handles one supplier at a time. Claim capture from WhatsApp that files directly. Live ads reads and writes. And settlement reconciliation traced through to a bank UTR, so a dispute ends in a number. See Meesho OMS for the detail and multi-marketplace order management for how it behaves across channels.

It is also free: every feature, every order, no card, and forever free under 25 orders a day when paid pricing eventually launches. That is the one row where this comparison is genuinely lopsided, and it is lopsided in both directions, because a free operations tool is no answer at all to a warehouse problem.

A note for the reader who stays

If you finish this page and renew with Unicommerce, that is a good outcome. Go into the call with the all-in annual figure and the year-two renewal as written questions, put the three documented Meesho behaviours on the agenda, and run a real day on one account during the evaluation rather than after signing. Decide explicitly what you are not buying from them, because a warehouse system that is excellent plus one narrow tool that is excellent usually beats one vendor that is adequate at everything. The accordion below is that conversation in five questions, and how to choose an order management system is the longer version.

Sources & further reading

Every price and limit on this page was read from the vendor’s own public pages on 5 October 2026 and will drift. Confirm against the current page before you buy, treat competitor-authored comparison posts as marketing, and note that review scores in this category often rest on a handful of old reviews, none of which we have used here.

If you stay

Five questions to take into the Unicommerce call

Written for the reader who renews. A better-informed Unicommerce customer is a better outcome than a badly-informed switch.

Request the all-in annual cost including implementation, per-user charges, per-facility charges, integration setup and support tier. Then ask what the same figure looks like in year two, in writing. Because nothing is published, the only number you can plan with is the one you are given, and the renewal is where surprises live.

Single-item orders only, no order splitting by quantity, and the label fetched from Meesho rather than generated. These are the vendor's own documented behaviours, not complaints, so ask directly how each one plays out in your workflow and whether anything has changed since. If your bench splits orders by quantity today, that is the question that matters most.

Run a real day on one account: orders in, accept, label, manifest, a return, a settlement sheet. Then open the Meesho panel and check it agrees. Marketplace behaviour is where generic suites tend to be thinnest, and it is the cheapest thing to discover before you sign rather than after.

If the warehouse is the reason you are buying, then be clear that reconciliation, claims and marketplace-specific automation may be better bought elsewhere or kept manual. A single vendor that covers everything adequately is usually worse than a warehouse system that is excellent plus one narrow tool that is excellent.

If you add anything alongside, draw the boundary explicitly: which system accepts orders, which one generates manifests, which one writes stock. Two tools that both think they own an account will act twice on the same order sooner or later, and the clean-up lands on whoever is standing at the bench.

The Robnu way

The operations half, not the warehouse half

Robnu is the agentic OMS for Meesho, AJIO and Amazon sellers. It runs the loop that arrives every morning: orders synced into one list across accounts, processing and dispatch steps run on the schedule you approve without anyone triggering them, returns and RTOs tracked with video proof, claims drafted and filed inside their window, and every settlement reconciled so each rupee the marketplace pays is the rupee it owed. Every action is logged against the order it touched.

It is not a warehouse management system, an ERP, a courier aggregator, a listing tool or a label printer, so if those are why you are on Unicommerce it is not the swap. Free for every seller right now, and forever free under 25 orders a day when paid pricing launches. Compare the field on the alternatives pages.

FAQ

Unicommerce alternatives, answered

It depends on which shelf you are buying from, and that is not a dodge. If you need warehouse management across facilities, ERP links and a very wide integration list, the closest like-for-like is EasyEcom, which also publishes no price. If you run one or two pick faces and the real pain is daily processing, returns, claims and settlements, an operations OMS is the better fit and the published-price options are Wisdom OMS, d2ctap and ManageOrder.in, with Robnu free. Buying a warehouse system to fix an operations problem is the most common and most expensive mistake here.

Unicommerce publishes no price. As read on 5 October 2026, every tier on its plans page says Request Demo, and the only published limits are around facilities, SKUs and user roles. That is normal for enterprise software, but it means your evaluation starts with a sales call and you should ask for the full annual figure including implementation, per-user and per-facility charges, and what the year-two renewal looks like. Any rupee number you see quoted elsewhere did not come from the vendor, so treat it accordingly.

It can be, if you are a brand with warehouses rather than a seller with a room. Unicommerce documents three Meesho limits worth knowing before you sign: it creates only single-item orders, it does not allow order splitting by quantity, and it fetches the shipping label from Meesho rather than generating it. For a Meesho-only seller doing a few dozen orders a day, those limits plus a sales-cycle price make a Meesho-first operations tool the easier purchase.

They are the same shelf, so compare them on the things that differ rather than on feature lists that mostly overlap. Unicommerce is a listed public company on the NSE and BSE after an August 2024 IPO, audited and profitable, with 290 plus integrations, ERP and Tally links, quick commerce support and more than 100 couriers. EasyEcom has warehouse management, claims ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, bills month to month, and publishes the most explicit Meesho feature list of anyone, including packaging QR, manifest and picklist generation. Neither publishes a price, so run both sales cycles in parallel.

Three, as published on 5 October 2026. Wisdom OMS sells prepaid credits from ₹3,000 for 3,000 credits at 1.25 credits per order down to ₹1,00,000 for 1,00,000 credits at 0.40 credits per order, with reconciliation sold separately per order. d2ctap lists ₹999 a month or ₹4,000 a year for up to five accounts, though a per-order charge is referred to and never quantified. ManageOrder.in publishes a free core product with a ₹499 a month listing add-on. Robnu is free for every seller. Everyone else quotes after a call.

An order management system runs the order: sync it in, process it, dispatch it, handle the return, check that the settlement was right. A warehouse management system runs the building: bins, pick paths, putaway, stock moves between facilities. An ERP runs the company: ledgers, purchasing, payroll, tax. Unicommerce reaches across OMS and WMS and links to ERPs. If your bottleneck is the order rather than the building, you are shopping for an OMS and the enterprise suites are wider than you need.

Often that is the right answer, especially if Unicommerce is already running your warehouse well. The thing to avoid is two systems that both believe they own the same marketplace account, because they will eventually act on the same order twice. Give each system a clear boundary: the warehouse and stock to one, a specific marketplace loop or a specific job such as reconciliation to the other. Wisdom sells its reconciliation product standalone for exactly this reason, so no OMS migration is required.

Looking at what Indian sellers actually type, the comparisons that come up alongside Unicommerce are EasyEcom, Vinculum, Increff, Browntape and Shiprocket, plus searches for Unicommerce pricing itself. One of those is a category error worth naming: Shiprocket is a courier aggregator, which books and manages shipping, while an OMS manages the order. Most sellers end up needing both, and swapping one for the other solves nothing.

Not as a warehouse system, and we will not pretend otherwise. Robnu has no warehouse management, no ERP module, no 3PL orchestration and nothing like 290 integrations, so a multi-warehouse brand that depends on those should stay on the enterprise shelf. Robnu replaces the operations half for a Meesho, AJIO or Amazon seller: order sync, unattended scheduled processing, returns with video proof, claims filed inside their window, barcoded packaging across every account in one session, and settlement reconciliation traced to a bank UTR. It is free for every seller now and forever free under 25 orders a day when paid pricing launches.
