AWB
Air Waybill — the unique tracking number assigned to a shipment by the courier.
AWB stands for Air Waybill, but the term covers any unique tracking number a courier issues for a shipment — air, surface, or hyperlocal. The AWB is the thread that ties an order to its physical package.
For an Ajio seller, AWB usually flows: marketplace generates the AWB at order confirmation, the seller prints it on the packing slip, the courier scans it at pickup (POB), and tracking flows back through the marketplace dashboard.
Robnu pulls AWBs in at stage 7 of the 11-stage flow. If an AWB and a packing slip drift out of sync — usually because of a re-print after a courier change — the document pipeline flags it before the manifest closes.
