POB
Proof of Booking — courier-issued confirmation that a shipment has been picked up.
POB is the courier's "got it" — the document or scan event that confirms they've taken physical custody of the package. It's the bridge between the seller-side workflow (orders, slips, manifest) and the courier-side workflow (in-transit, out-for-delivery, delivered).
Without a POB, there's no proof a missed delivery is the courier's fault. With one, you have evidence for a chargeback dispute or an SLA dispute against the marketplace.
Robnu doesn't generate POBs (the courier does), but it indexes them against the corresponding shipment in the document pipeline, so when a deduction lands two weeks later, the POB is one click away.
