Closed manifest
A manifest that has been finalised and submitted; can no longer accept new orders.
A closed manifest is locked. The shipment list, the order set, the courier handoff are all final. From the marketplace's perspective, this is the trigger for SLA accounting — was the manifest closed inside the window, or wasn't it.
Robnu offers three closure modes: immediate (closes when every shipment is ready), delayed (closes at a fixed time), and manual (waits for you to click). Each has trade-offs: immediate is best for steady-state, delayed for sellers who batch their print queue at end-of-day, manual for sellers whose courier mix needs a human eye.
A closed manifest is the evidence trail when a deduction lands later. Robnu indexes the closed manifest alongside packing slip, customer invoice, and vendor invoice so dispute filings have everything pre-attached.
