Closed manifest
A manifest that has been finalised and submitted; can no longer accept new orders.
A closed manifest is locked. The shipment list, the order set, the courier handoff are all final. From the marketplace's perspective, this is the trigger for SLA accounting, was the manifest closed inside the window, or wasn't it.
Robnu offers three closure modes: immediate (closes when every shipment is ready), delayed (closes at a fixed time), and manual (waits for you to click). Each has trade-offs: immediate is best for steady-state, delayed for sellers who batch their print queue at end-of-day, manual for sellers whose courier mix needs a human eye.
A closed manifest is the evidence trail when a deduction lands later. Robnu indexes the closed manifest alongside packing slip, customer invoice, and vendor invoice so dispute filings have everything pre-attached.
