A courier partner is the company that physically moves packages. Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, Shadowfax — pick your couriers depending on weight, geography, and service level.

On Ajio, the marketplace usually picks the courier; you don't get to choose. On other marketplaces (Amazon FBM, Flipkart F-Assured, your own D2C site), you do.

Robnu doesn't pick couriers (that's a courier aggregator's job). We do read which courier handled which shipment so the SLA watchdog can flag courier-specific patterns — "shipments via X consistently miss SLA in this pincode."
