A courier partner is the company that physically moves packages. Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, Shadowfax, pick your couriers depending on weight, geography, and service level.

On Ajio, the marketplace usually picks the courier; you don't get to choose. On other marketplaces (Amazon FBM, Flipkart F-Assured, your own D2C site), you do.

Robnu doesn't pick couriers (that's a courier aggregator's job). We do read which courier handled which shipment so the SLA watchdog can flag courier-specific patterns, "shipments via X consistently miss SLA in this pincode."
