Manifest
The list of shipments closed and handed to the courier for a given day.
A manifest is the daily handoff between you and the courier. It lists every shipment you're sending out — order ID, AWB, weight, destination, and the courier partner. The marketplace gates a lot of operational consequences on whether you closed the manifest on time and accurately.
Most missed-deduction stories on Ajio start with a manifest that closed late or contained the wrong shipments. The marketplace doesn't ping you to say "you missed it" — the deduction just lands in the next settlement. By then, the dispute window has narrowed and the evidence is stale.
Robnu treats the manifest as a first-class object: open until you intentionally close, closed via one of three closure policies, and watched by the SLA watchdog so you never accidentally miss the window.
