AI Engineer
Build the agentic systems that run seller operations and file claims automatically, the core of what makes Robnu agentic.
The word 'agentic' in 'agentic OMS' is not marketing, Robnu does the work for the seller, from processing orders to reconciling settlements to preparing and filing claims. As an AI Engineer you build the systems that make that real: document extraction, catalog generation, reconciliation intelligence, and the autonomous workflows that turn a seller's mess of returns and deductions into recovered rupees. We are hiring more than one; strong engineers at different levels are welcome.
What you'll do
- Design and ship AI-driven workflows: document extraction, claim preparation, catalog studio, reconciliation intelligence.
- Build reliable pipelines around LLMs and ML models, evaluation, guardrails, and the boring correctness that production needs.
- Work end to end: you own a capability from data to model to the API the product calls.
- Push the autonomous filing frontier, reducing the rare human approval click toward zero, safely.
- Keep a sharp bar on accuracy, because a wrong claim or a wrong extraction costs a seller real money.
Who you are
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, you write production code, not just notebooks.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, ML models, or document/vision pipelines.
- You care about correctness and evaluation as much as capability.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a small team.
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG, agent frameworks, or structured extraction at scale.
- Familiarity with Indian ecommerce data, invoices, or marketplace documents.
