Business Analyst
Turn seller settlements, returns and operations data into the decisions that shape the product and the business.
Robnu runs on data — settlement reconciliation, RTO recovery, SLA tracking, claims. As Business Analyst you sit at the centre of that, translating raw marketplace data and seller behaviour into clear analysis the founders and product team can act on. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a SQL query and a room explaining what the numbers mean.
What you'll do
- Analyse seller cohorts — adoption, retention, recovery amounts, order economics — and surface what matters.
- Model the unit economics of the business and of individual seller segments.
- Build the dashboards and reports the team uses to make decisions.
- Investigate marketplace charge patterns to sharpen our reconciliation and claims logic.
- Turn ambiguous business questions into structured analysis with a clear recommendation.
Who you are
- 2+ years in business analysis, data analysis or a quantitative operations role.
- Strong with spreadsheets and SQL; you can pull, clean and reason about data independently.
- You explain findings simply — a good chart and one clear sentence beat a wall of numbers.
- Structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and owns a question end to end.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Indian ecommerce, GST/TCS, or marketplace settlements.
- Python or a BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Power BI).
